The Koplo Eye Center, formally South Shore Optical, has been in operation since 1977 in the Mercede Executive Park, located at the northeast corner of Sunrise Blvd. and University Drive in Plantation, FL. Dr. Merryl S. Koplo is a Board Certified Doctor of Optometry and a 1997 graduate of Nova Southeastern University. She specializes in primary care optometry with an emphasis on care.
Dr. Koplo is committed to providing each and every patient with a thorough examination of his or her vision and focuses on assessing the health of all structures of the eye. Dr. Koplo believes strongly in educating her patients on the visual system as it relates to their individual vision needs and in providing an understanding of their overall eye health.
